The Iraqi Private Banks League, in cooperation with the Mstry of Labor and Social Affairs,ganized an awareness workshop on Labor Law No. 37 of 2015 and Workers’ Pension and Social Security Law No. 18 of 2023, highlighting their key provisions and implementation procedures. The workshop addressed the principal rights and obligations established under both laws, the mechanisms for implementing workers’ social security provisions, and the legal responsibilities of institutions and employers.
