The Iraqi Private Banks League, in cooperation with Business by Design, organized a workshop titled "Institutional Readiness for Banks in Light of Evolving Regulatory Requirements," with the participation of representatives from the banking sector.

The workshop aimed to highlight the role of business analysis in strengthening banks' readiness to respond to regulatory and operational changes, while improving and documenting business processes in line with the Central Bank of Iraq's instructions and requirements.

The workshop focused on reinforcing business analysis concepts and their role in enhancing institutional performance within banks, through discussing mechanisms for improving operational processes, raising the level of readiness for regulatory changes, and strengthening integration between different banking functions to support compliance and improve institutional efficiency.

The workshop forms part of the Iraqi Private Banks League's ongoing efforts to develop banking expertise and enhance the institutional readiness of banks, enabling them to keep pace with evolving regulatory requirements while improving the efficiency and competitiveness of Iraq's banking sector.
